billed $100.00 (v) per hour for adjustments. We do not accept artwork with gradients or halftones.

Formats: Preferred Adobe Illustrator file the textconverted to outlines. Please export Corel files to Illustrator files. If art is to be printed in one color only,we will accept a hi-res 600-1200 ppi (actual size orlarger) bit-mapped file.

Proofs:
Paper: First proof at no charge.
Pre-Production: $75.00 (v) per color, per proof.

Random Samples:
Please contact factory for possible charge on selected items or large volume requests. Catalogs and some samples are downloadable from our web site or printed catalogs are available for a minimal charge with your provided UPS or Fed Ex account number. Standard catalog and samples are shipped USPS.

Production Time:
Normal production begins the day following final art
approval. Times quoted are for all items in the catalog EXCEPT those noted as needing extended production time.
Normal Production: Goods shipped 7-10 working days from final art approval for 2500 pieces or less, 10-14 days for quantities over 2500.

Rush Service: (excluding shipping) 5-6 working days production, add 25% to order total 3-4 working days
production, add 35% to order total. Orders must be shipped overnight. For quantities over 2500 and multiple imprints, the time frame for ush order production may be extended. Please Contact factory.

Over/Under Runs:
Allow +/- 5-10% production run quantity.

Order Cancellation:
Work in progress may be invoiced for materials and labor. Any claims or returns must be made within 10 days and with factory approval.

All items are shipped bulk except where noted. Packaging other than our standard method will
be charged an additional handling charge. Individual
Polybagging is available for some items at a cost
of $ .13 (v) per piece.

Returns:
Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior factory approval. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of product. Blank goods if accepted, will incur a 20% restocking fee.
